Crushed White Howlite from Zimbabwe, Coarse Crush, Gravel Size, 4mm - 2mm
Howlite is an opaque, white mineral that forms in evaporite deposits similar to salt and gypsum. This crushed howlite is from Zimbabwe and has natural gray webbing similar to the brown webbing found in turquoise. Howlite accepts a nice polish and is appealing for artists that require a porcelain-like or pure white appearance for their mineral project.
Our coarse material is considered to be pea-sized gravel, ranging between 4 millimeters to 2 millimeters. Please see the corresponding sediment size chart.
