Refund policy

Returns/Exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We accept returns for any reason as long as the returned product is in its original condition.

To start a return/exchange, you can contact us at hello@makersminerals.com. In addition, please include your order number along with a brief description of the nature of the exchange/return. We will then provide you with return instructions on how and where to send your package.

Shipping fees that are incurred to send the product back to us are the responsibility of the customer. Once the item is received, we will submit a refund for the cost of the order minus the original shipping fees. For exchanges, the exchanged items will ship to the customer at no extra cost. 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received your return and have submitted your refund. In general, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 1-2 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Your satisfaction is our highest priority!

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like gift cards and items from Maker's Minerals "Closeout Corner". These are final sale items and are not returnable. 

European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
