▏ABOUT ⧫ AZURITE + MALACHITE▕

Azurite and malachite are two minerals that naturally form near large copper ore deposits and are generally found alongside other copper-rich minerals, such as chrysocolla and turquoise. This crushed material consists of deep blue azurite and malachite mixed with minor amounts of shattuckite, chrysocolla, and host rock. This material is from the famous Liufengshan Mine, which is located in Anhui, China. 

This is a very small batch of crushed material and inventory is limited, so make sure to purchase enough material for your project. This material is also a great choice for woodworking projects, since shattuckite, azurite, and malachite are relatively soft minerals.

Our medium material is considered to be sand sized (very coarse sand to fine sand), ranging between 0.25 millimeters to 2 millimeters.
