MAKER'S MINERALS
Crushed Lemon-Yellow Serpentine, Coarse Crush, Gravel Size, 4mm - 2mm
Crushed Lemon-Yellow Serpentine, Coarse Crush, Gravel Size, 4mm - 2mm
Serpentine is a prevalent mineral, often located near areas where hydrothermal alteration has happened in the Earth's crust. This occurs when heated fluids penetrate the host rock and modify other minerals to produce serpentine. Generally, the majority of serpentine is green and the origin of its name is linked to the serpent. However, this crushed serpentine has a remarkable, lemon-yellow color, making it a unique mineral choice for your creative projects.
Our coarse material is considered to be pea- sized gravel, ranging between 4 millimeters to 2 millimeters. Please see the corresponding sediment size chart.
