Lapis lazuli is a rock that is composed of three important minerals: 1) lazurite (royal blue), 2) calcite (white), and 3) pyrite (metallic gold). This high-quality lapis (grade AA) is from Afghanistan and has a very deep, royal-blue color. This material darkens and deepens when the stone is wet - it is absolutely gorgeous and will give your projects that special "pop"!

Our crushed coarse material is considered to be pea-sized gravel, ranging between 2 millimeters to 4 millimeters.
