This gorgeous green turquoise is sourced from the state of Sonora in northern Mexico, near the Alacran copper mine. Sonoran turquoise can come in a range of colors from vivid electric blues to bright greens and generally has a unique golden brown matrix. This crushed turquoise features an earthy green color that is mixed with a golden caramel matrix, creating a distinctive rustic aesthetic.
Our powdered material consists of mostly silt and clay sized particles. Our powders do have a slight grit to them. Please see the corresponding sediment size chart.
