Crushed Blue-Green Kingman Turquoise from Arizona, Coarse Crush, Gravel Size, 4mm - 2mm
This classic turquoise is sourced from the Kingman Mine in Arizona, which is one of the most productive and oldest turquoise mines in the United States. This mine is located in the Acerbate Mountains and has been commercially mined since the late 1880's. Kingman turquoise is known for its many variations of blues and blue-greens and has superior color when wet or sealed with an adhesive. This top-grade turquoise is not chalky, nor has it been treated or stabilized.
Turquoise is also one of the official birthstones for December.
Our coarse material is considered to be pea- sized gravel, ranging between 4 millimeters to 2 millimeters. Please see the corresponding sediment size chart.
