Larimar is a rare mineral that has only been found in one location on Earth - a remote mountain range of the Dominican Republic. This mineral is found in various shades of white, blue and green, with blue being the most desirable. Larimar forms inside volcanic cavities when copper-rich hydrothermal fluids interact with the host rock. Because this alteration process is often incomplete, larimar is commonly found alongside darker gray volcanic host rock/matrix.

This crushed larimar powder has a white to light gray color and would be great for your metaphysical projects.

MATERIAL SIZE

Our powdered material, consisting predominantly of silt and clay sized particles (<0.25mm), has a subtle gritty texture. Powdered minerals are great for filling in small cracks or voids, orgonite pyramids, resin molds, memorial and resin jewelry, ring inlay, resin art, and creating textured paints and pigments.
